7-day return request window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us before sending any item back so we can review the request and provide the correct instructions.

Eligibility

Items should be unused, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging and included accessories. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, send clear photos or a short video together with your order number.

Items that may not be eligible

Used items, items damaged after delivery, products missing original parts or packaging, and hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original online payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. The time taken for the credit to appear can depend on the payment provider and your bank.
