Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

ResetTK is a prepaid online-payment store. Cash on Delivery is not offered.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Eligible options shown at checkout may include UPI, supported debit or credit cards, net banking and supported wallets. Availability can vary by bank, device or transaction.

Is my payment secure?

Payment credentials are handled through Razorpay’s secure checkout. ResetTK will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN or one-time password by email, phone, chat or contact form.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. A failed, cancelled or incomplete payment does not create a confirmed paid order.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India with free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Most paid orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 1–5 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for other or remote areas.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is shared by email, SMS or the order-status page when the parcel is dispatched and tracking becomes available.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order if it has not been dispatched.

Can I request a return?

An eligible return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.

When will I receive my refund?

After an approved return is received, inspection normally takes 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank, card issuer or UPI provider may take another 5–10 business days to post the credit.
