Shipping across India
ResetTK delivers to serviceable PIN codes within India. Orders are prepared only after online payment is successfully confirmed.
Processing time
Most confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Sundays, public holidays and high-volume periods may require additional time.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Major cities: approximately 1–5 business days.
- Other cities and remote areas: approximately 3–7 business days.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Courier capacity, PIN-code serviceability, weather, local restrictions and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Shipping fee
Standard shipping is free across India. Any exceptional charge that applies to an order will be shown before payment; we do not add an undisclosed delivery fee after payment.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email, SMS or the order-status page after dispatch when they become available.
Address and delivery attempts
Please enter a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable Indian mobile number. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. An address may not be changeable after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable or delivery attempts fail, any re-dispatch charge will be disclosed before another shipment is arranged.
Delay or loss
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution after the investigation.
