ResetTK currently delivers within India. Orders are prepared after online payment is confirmed.

Order processing

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it for dispatch. You will receive tracking information when it becomes available.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery timing can vary by location, courier availability, public holidays and weather conditions. The latest available estimate will be shown during the order journey or shared with your order update.

Address accuracy

Please check your name, complete address, PIN code and phone number before placing the order. Contact support as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays or missing delivery

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can review it with the courier.
