These Terms govern access to and purchases from ResetTK. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Cancellation & Returns policies.

Store, products and eligibility

ResetTK offers household, kitchen and everyday products to customers in India. You must be legally capable of purchasing and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. We aim to present products accurately, but screen settings, lighting, packaging updates and normal manufacturing variations can cause small differences.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and ResetTK confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock or listing error, an unserviceable address or another reasonable operational reason. Prices are shown in INR. Online payments are processed through Razorpay using eligible methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Delivery estimates and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, eligibility, costs, inspection and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Acceptable use and content

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, impersonate another person, submit false information or use the service unlawfully. ResetTK’s original site design and content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and uses services such as Razorpay and couriers. Purchases are made from ResetTK; third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Errors, rights and law

We may correct listing, inventory, delivery or pricing errors and may limit quantities or discontinue products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law. These Terms are governed by Indian law and, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, disputes will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
